We are now located on Michaels Farms Airport at
808 Back Creek Valley Road in beautiful Glengary, West Virginia.
Our field is open Monday through Saturday from dawn to dusk and Sundays from noon to dusk.

Membership
Our annual membership dues are $30 for current members or $40 for

In addition, members must carry AMA insurance at all times.
AMA insurance can be purchased through the Academy of Model
Aeronautics.

We can now accept online payments of your annual dues. Click on the PayPal link below to log in to your PayPal
account. If you pay with your
PayPal balance or use a bank account as your primary back up funding then there is no fee for sending the money. However,
if you use a credit or debit card as your back up funding, you are responsible for the fees charged by PayPal.
It is VERY important
that you follow the steps listed here so the club does not get charged any fees:
1. Click on the "Send
Money" tab at the top of the page.
2. In the "TO"
box type rcplaneflyer78@frontier.com
3. In the "AMOUNT" box enter 30.00
if your renewing or 40.00 if you are a new member
(make sure the drop down box is set to "USD - U.S. Dollars")
4. **Very Important** You will see a box right under the Amount you just entered. That box
has two tabs at the top of it. One says Purchase and one says Personal. Click on the "PERSONAL" tab and select
a category (gift, payment owed, or other). Please do NOT send it as a purchase (goods, services, or ebay items) or we
will be charged fees.
5. Click CONTINUE
6.
On the "Review Payment & Send" screen verify all information is correct
(especially the "send
to" email address or someone else may get your money)
7. Then scroll all the way to the bottom and type a message
that says "Propbusters 2012 Annual Membership" along with your full name and your AMA number.
8. Click SEND and your
done!

Rules of
the Field
1. We accomodate most
radio controlled airplanes and helicopters; however, we
do have noise restrictions that require noise reducing equipment to be installed on engines 50cc and
larger.
2. Park in designated areas only. No vehicles are to be driven or parked on the runway at any time.
3.
Keep our area beautiful and pick up after yourself, your guests, and your pets. Trash receptacles
provided for your convenience.
4. We are flying off an official FAA regulated grass runway.
Therefore, full size aircraft have priority to the runway at all times. Please be sure to clear the
area to allow pilots a safe landing.
5. Remember: We share property with
the church softball league. Please be sure the runway is completely clear of spectators before flying
and DO NOT fly over the ball field, parking area, or pilot pit area at any time.
